These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website (the "Site"), operated by CKT Jewelry Co., Ltd. ("CKT," "we," "us," or "our"), and any inquiry, quote, or order you place with us.

Please read these Terms carefully. By using the Site or contacting us, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About This Site

This Site is a product showcase and inquiry platform. It displays our jewelry catalog and lets you contact us about the pieces you are interested in.

This Site does not sell products directly. There is no shopping cart, no checkout, and no online payment function on the Site. Orders are arranged and confirmed with you directly by email, as described in Section 6. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer to sell; an order exists only once we have confirmed it to you in writing.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order with us. If you are under that age, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Product Information, Images, and Natural Variation

3.1 Materials

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Unless a product page states otherwise, our pieces are made from:

• Metal: S925 sterling silver; S925 sterling silver with 14K gold plating; and S925 sterling silver with 18K gold plating. Every plated piece is sterling silver with a gold plating — never solid gold.
• Stone: lab-created moissanite We state each stone's size in millimetres and its cut (shape). We do not publish clarity or colour grades.

Lab-created moissanite is a gemstone grown in a laboratory. It is not a diamond, and it is not mined. We describe it as "lab-created moissanite" or "lab-grown moissanite" throughout the Site. We do not describe it as a diamond, diamond simulant substitute in a way that implies it is a diamond, or as any trademarked diamond brand.

3.2 Third-party testing

• "We do not provide third-party reports for our stones. Our descriptions are based on our supplier's specifications."

3.3 Images and colors

Product photographs are representative. Actual color, tone, and finish may differ from what you see, depending on your device, screen calibration, ambient lighting, and the display settings you use. Metal tones in particular — silver, gold-plated, and rose-gold-plated finishes — photograph differently under different lighting.

3.4 Sizing and handmade variation

Because our jewelry is finished by hand, please allow for minor variation between pieces, including small differences in stone setting, surface finish, and overall measurement. All stated dimensions are approximate, within ±0.5 mm. Ring sizes follow US sizes as listed in our Ring Size Guide. Please measure carefully before ordering; see our Ring Size Guide.

4. Prices, Availability, and Quotes

• Prices shown on the Site are for reference and are stated in US dollars. They may change without notice.
• Prices do not include shipping charges, duties, taxes, or import fees unless we state otherwise in your written quote.
• A quote we send you is valid for 14 days, unless it says otherwise.
• All items are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable or a price was displayed in error, we will tell you before you pay and you may cancel without charge.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including our name and logo, product photography, text, and page design — is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or use it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

You may share links to our pages and use our product images for editorial or personal, non-commercial purposes provided you credit CKT Jewelry and do not imply endorsement.

6. How Ordering Works

Because the Site does not take payment, orders are completed in writing:

1. You inquire. Send us the product name or SKU, ring size, quantity, and delivery country, using the contact form or email.
2. We confirm. We reply with availability, the exact price, shipping options and cost, an estimated delivery window, and the total amount due.
3. You approve. If you are happy with the quote, you confirm in writing.
4. We invoice. We send you an invoice and instructions for payment. Payment is made outside the Site, using the method stated on the invoice. We currently accept bank transfer.
5. We ship. Once payment is confirmed, we dispatch your order and email you the tracking details.

Any payment terms, deposits, or lead times that apply to custom or made-to-order pieces will be stated in your written quote and prevail over anything on the Site.

7. Cancellations and Changes

• You may cancel an order at any time before it ships by emailing us. If you have already paid and we have not yet dispatched, we will refund you in full.
• Custom, engraved, resized, or made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled once production has begun, and cannot be returned except where they are faulty or not as described. See our Returns & Refunds page.
• Once an order has shipped, cancellations are handled as returns.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected system;
• scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or contact data from the Site;
• upload or transmit malware, or interfere with the Site's normal operation;
• impersonate CKT Jewelry or misrepresent your affiliation with us;
• submit false or misleading information through our forms.

We may restrict or block access to the Site for anyone who breaches these Terms.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party's own terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that product descriptions, images, or availability information are complete or current.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the consumer law that applies to you.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CKT Jewelry will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid us for that order.

This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless CKT Jewelry and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CKT Jewelry Co., Ltd. is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the laws of your country, state, or province of residence, and you may also bring a claim before the competent courts there.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms. For orders already confirmed in writing, the version in effect at the time of confirmation governs.

15. General

• Severability — If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
• No waiver — Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
• Assignment — You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Entire agreement — These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds, and Shipping & Delivery pages, and any written quote we issue, form the entire agreement between us regarding the Site.
